Dustin Maherg

Chief Serving Officer

Mr. Maherg brings extensive experience managing and directing companies towards their financial and strategic goals.

From racing a go-kart at the age of six to driving over 200 mph on the high banks of Daytona Superspeedway to setting the Alabama State Bench Press record, Dustin has always demonstrated the desire to win. Additionally, he has challenged the norm over the years by being the last person to be grandfathered into the ARCA series to being the youngest Project Manager for the Mundy Companies and KBR to having an article featured on Forbes.com as a beginner author. The determination and passion cascades into his everyday work ethic.

Mr. Maherg brings extensive experience managing and directing companies towards their financial and strategic goals. He has displayed his leadership and emotional intelligence aptitudes by leading and managing teams up to 550 employees and contracts valuing ~$100 million by the age of thirty. He worked his way from estimator to Vice President with one of the fastest growing industrial contractors. This experience provided extensive hands-on change agent, project management, and organizational design experience.

He enjoys gleaning other business opportunities and information daily to drive continuous improvement for himself and others. His free time entails investing time with his wife (Haley), two kids (Brayden and Ellie), and dog (Nelson).  

Dustin holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama, M.S. degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, and a GMBA from IE Business School. Additionally, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM), and a Certified Master Pool Builder & Design Professional (CMP). He currently serves on the Florida Spa and Pool Association (FSPA) Charlotte Harbor Chapter and active member of C12.
